Curbside Pickup is available for Centralia Regional Library District patrons. All orders must be placed in advance.
Order
- Centralia Regional Library District patrons can place holds on items through the online catalog on the website (centralialibrary.org).
- If you need a card you will have to come into the library, with required identification, and fill out the registration form.
- You must have a valid CRLD Library card in good standing. Any blocks on your card will prevent you from placing holds online, for example, if your library card has expired. If you are unable to place an item on hold, please call the library, and the staff will assist you. 618-532-5222, press 0 for Circulation, Monday – Friday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Books, audiobooks, DVDs, Blu-Rays, magazines, and CDs, can be ordered for curbside pickup.
Schedule
- Wait for a phone call from a library staff member to schedule a pick up time.
- Every effort will be made to fulfill orders of CRLD owned materials within 48 hours. Materials from other libraries will take longer to receive.
- Curbside Pickup is available Monday – Friday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Pickup
- Park in one of the spaces on the south side of the parking lot. (Next to the Bandshell seating area)
- Upon arrival, call the library at 618-532-5222 ext. 0. Patrons without cell phones should call the library before leaving home.
- You will be asked where you are parked and your library card number.
- You will need to show photo ID (i.e., Driver’s License), to staff member delivering your items.
Returns
- If possible, returned items are to be put in the outside book return.
- If patrons are unable to put books in the outside return they may ask staff to take them inside.
