Self-Care Workshop

Keep hearing that you should take time for some “self care”? Don’t even know what that looks like or where to start? Come to our Self-Care Workshop to get some ideas and learn some techniques to get you on track to taking care of yourself.
This workshop is for ages 12+ and will be in the second floor Monken Activity Room (accessible by elevator and stairs). No registration or library card required.
